Dan, I have all along lived both in the "CARO" and cities. 

I still do that. When I am in my Caro,I can stay even for six months without seeing other Africans. At one time, the closest

neighbour was a kilometer away. The closest ICA, KONSUM, DUMUS AND TEMPO WERE SEVEN KILOMETERS AWAY(!!) And the closest Gas station (SHELL AND STATOIL) WERE TEN(!!) KILOMETERS AWAY.

Now we have moved into the center of that Caro. The population grow 100times more during the summer holidays.

Yes, there are so many small roads connecting the entire Sweden and, get amazed, THEY ARE TARMACED!!!!!!

We have a man made water channel that initially was built to

ease access to the ocean ( export and import). These days, it is summer tourist and rich folks with boats that utilize it.

You know what, appart from fishing industries, the main export

or trade commodity here was STONE!!!

They have built cities all over the world.

My own inlaws grand parents and great grand parents participated

in building the water channel.

They have narrated to me what hard times they had then. Sweden was very poor and one sign of that (which I hope you have noticed), is that in this country, traditionally nothing goes to

waste. Even the waste is utilized!!!!

Look at the traditional food.

I take it that you mean a system they all draw utility from!?!?

Do you visit Swedish villages?

I am still defeated by the way less that 5 million people organised village and towns in a country twice as big as Uganda.

Did you know that Sweden had more than 4000 micro power dams. They close down many  i remember in the 90's

How they were able to pave all forest paths - where there are people or just one is an organisational excellence of the highest caliber.
