BAD NEWS! Its with deep grief that I mourn a historic friend Diana Ijang Ogwal whose sudden death I have just learnt of. Our history begins in the 15th battalion in 1986 and will not end with her death. My heartfelf condolences got Roy Kaka , Immanuel Osoro Ogwal and the entire family. Rest in Eternal Peace Diana
