The President for International Cartography Association (ICA) was in visited Uganda Cartography Association (UCA) and to inaugurate it on the 2nd and 3rd October.

Membership to Uganda Cartography Association implies that Ugandans working in areas of Physical Planning, Engineering, Hydrology, Mining, Transport Planning, Land Modeling and Design,  Agriculture, Surveying, Environment, Tourism, Climate and Weather Studies and  Monitoring, Forestry will have increased access to all available resources at the International Cartography Association; UNIGIS programmes, the ITC programmes in Enschede, and the International Master programme in cartography (cartographymaster.eu).
