{UAH} "Has the Uganda President M7 gone bonkers"

Few couple of years back M7 said Ugandans should produce more kids (quote monitor). Now when everything is going down the drain, he says have less kids.

Wakiso- President Museveni used the World Food Day yesterday to urge Ugandans to produce few children to solve the problem of food shortage in the country.

In his speech read by Vice President Edward Ssekandi, the President said although poverty and hunger levels have reduced in the country, some people in the east and northern parts of the country are still living in poverty.

"I caution Ugandans to produce only those children you can fully take care of and feed properly. While as government in the past concentrated on social- economic infrastructure, we have recently embarked on food security and I am happy with steps taken in this regard," the President said during celebrations at the
