This is part one of the pictures offered by IS from a meeting that brought together some Arab-Sunni tribe leaders from both sides of the new IS state (Al-Fourat, or The Euphrates), in which they vowed allegiance to IS leader and proclaimed Caliphate; Abu-Bakr Al-Baghdadi, and to fight alongside them against the latest Coalition forces air raids and multiple attacks.
