{UAH} Museveni calls for Africa to review its ties with ICC

Folks;

President Museveni deserves to be ignored on this issue. 

He and his African Union are the very candidates for whom the ICC was established. Now, Museveni even wonders whether ICC summoned Uhuru the other day to scuttle our Independence Day celebrations, since the Kenyan president was an invited guest!
