{UAH} PAULO MUWANGA CHANDED OVER TO MILTON OBOTE

Minister, office of the Prime Minister, in charge of General Duties, Prof. Tarsis Kabwegyere, just like the late Eriya Kategaya, is yawning for a day an outgoing President will hand over power to the incoming President, according to what he has started this morning as Rt.Hoan. Amama Mbabazi was handing over to Rt.Hon. Ruhakana Rugunda.

He however consoled himself that at least he had seen Prof. Aplo Nsibambi handing over to Mbabazi and now Mbabazi handing over to Ndugu.

Should l remind him and other that in December 1980 Paulo Muwanga handed over to Milton Obote?
