{UAH} Understanding Urban Africa

If you took the seven million Ugandan and place them in London will they manage/run the City of London as  Londoners will most certainly manage/run Kampala City?

We need to understand how urbanised Africa will function.
What we already witness is the terrible dysfunctional urban society with expansive: slums, land fragmentation, corruption, hopeless, children molestation, begging with abandonment, poor planning

Do Africans fit into contemporary techno world
