WHAT IS KAMPALA CELEBRATING?
Grand entrance to a procession in Kampala celebrating:
Poor waste management
Blocked drainage channels
Over flooding roads
Burst sewage pipes
Pot holes
Bloated and outrageous waste of financial resources
Commissioned by the expert in resource wastage Jennifer Musisi guarded by the whole anti-terrorism unit.
It is a pure cosmetic attempt to disguise the filth in the institution of KCCA by the politicians and now they are hoodwinking the gullible population by holding a festival which is costing billions of shs.
We need accountability and governance issues in KCCA to be resolved before embarking on grandiosity in the city.
