I guess it is so difficult to anticipate all the hiccups that might happen to a sleek product in the 'lab'. |And now claimants must pass a 'bend-over test for them to claim a refund.I thought this was a game changer....but now, the bending thing and the IOS 8 update which killed most phones....This might be tricky for apple...
