Back row had Hon Grace Ibingira, Hon Abu Mayanja, Hon Ruhakana Rugunda, Ms Hope Kivengere and someone that looks like Hon Kiyonga but I can't be sure

5.It seems Sam Kuteesa was spying for Yoweri Museveni during the Nairobi peace talks. His daughter is now married to Muhoozi Kainerugaba. In the pic, are the people that represented President Tito Okello when negotiating with NRA rebels at the Nairobi peace talks. On Tito Okello's side was Ambassador J Bugingo, Major Kiyengo, Hon Sam Kutesa, Brigadier Oketcho, Paulo Kawanga Ssemwogerere, Olara Otunnu and Brigadier Toko (cut out)
