Re: {UAH} THE 'PARENTAGE CLAUSE' IN THE ZAMBIAN CONSTITUTION AND GUY SCOTT.

Either in 1996 or 1995 a ruling does exist whereby Scott could run for Head Office.
These strong men, not assuming that aSata was a strong man, but that essence of invincibility, Butare Boy believes that his Reich will live for ever.  In essence if he dies tomorrow, the machinery is in place, for his legacy.

Good people,
What happened to the concept of 'constitutional amendment'? Should we assume that in Africa, constitutions are only revised to reduce democracy, rather than entrenching it more and more in society?

Folks,
This little gem, Obama would never run for the top job.  Mind you some Americans might think this is a good idea.  Some Palestinians would have wished for such a provision in the Isreali constitution, the Luos in Kenya would be rejoicing to Kenge Kenge, since our own Sir Mirima can show you where Kenyatta was born in Western Uganda.

The UK Milibands, the list is endless.

Here is  Article 34(3)(b) of the Constitution – which stipulates that both parents of a candidate for election as President must be Zambians by birth or descent. This is among the qualifications for election to the office of President.

This is the socalled 'parentage clause', both parents by birth or descent.
