They gave us their beads, mirrors and trinkets
To take our diamonds, our gold and ivory
They gave us their clothing, their guns and sweet resins

They gave us their education, their politics and religion

To take away our health our life and wealth
In droves, on cruise ships, with drones and gunships

Could we take any more, even when in the know of what's at stake?

In a bowl in ma bag and a crimson ribbon
Choking to the last of our breath away
Now we heard it, we are hard hit and had it
