Tamale Mirundi  is the type of clowns deployed by Gen.Museveni  to  deflect and confuse the masses away from the current issue of Amama Mbabazi's Challenge to his bid to rule Uganda  come 2016 elections. Is this clown the spokesman of D.Luzinda?

This is  not only uncouth but sick.

Why does Tamale Mirundi feel obligated to tell the world about Desire Luzinda's health status?

 It is turning out that a jilted lover released private photo's out of spite, which begs the question: what is Tamale Mirundi's reason for revealing Ms Luzinda's HIV status?
