Ben Dollar denies pimp allegations

September 15, 2014 — Ugandan entrepreneur and modelling agency owner, Ben Dollar, has vehemently denied reports and rumours that he is a prostitution kingpin who uses his agency as a front to lure unsuspecting young women into prostitution

"Yes I own Dollar Modeling Agency full of many beautiful girls and handsome boys as well but these tabloids running false stories about me are totally telling lies. If there is any girl that can come out and claim I sold her for 1 million shillings for sex let her come out and declare it.

Ben Dollar was responding to reports from the media about how he confessed to an undercover reporter that most of the girls under his agency have since grown old and that he intends to recruit over 150 girls to boost the freshness of his 'stock' next month (October), when University freshers have settled in.

The reports also alleged that he preys on beautiful girls before turning them into high-end prostitutes and some of the girls feed off anything he says. He denied all of this in a conversation with Showbiz Uganda.

"I strictly do clean business with my girls for example promotions, activations, fashion shows, adverts," he said in his own defence, "Yes I get many men who keep disturbing me to introduce them to my girls and some have even befriended me because of that, some are wealthy men in Kampala and outside countries, which at times I do when I see no harm in that so people end up getting it twisted that I have now sold that girl"
