First of all, we were happy to read your first message on this platform last week. This was your first message ever since UAH was started in 2007. You made our day, Colonel. We really hope that you don't make that message your last or keep silent for a long time again.

Secondly, we would like to congratulate you for being elected the vice chairman of International Democratic Union(IDU). You must know that a lot of Ugandans expect great things from you.
