{UAH} Frank Tumwebaze Accounts for the billions given to him to promote Sole candidature?

'His worship the Mayor Jackson Kamugasha Jackson of Bushenyi Ishaka municipality formerly an independent but UPC leaning has officially joined the NRM. He announced his decision at the Bushenyi leaders meeting held at Tuzza hotel in Bushenyi. The meeting was called by me to deliver the President's message on household incomes. The mayor said that he was happy with the leadership of president Museveni for being pro people and for being a forgiving and reconciliatory leader. He also said that NRM is so far the most strong and leading party compared to all other parties.He promised to actively campaign for President Museveni in 2016.'- Frank Tumwebaze
