Abbey isn't the issue here, let them offer more evidence against themselves, no one can ever rehabilitate Amin, in afew Countries, they will be dragged kicking and screaming.

The idea as Amin killed everyone else except Nilotics, in essence showed humanity.

Some Countries has specific laws on Holocaust Reconstruction and Nazi era rehabilitation.
