{UAH} KCCA enforcement officers pour hot water on woman
Folks;
I demand that IGP, Gen. Kahiyura and KCCA Executive Director, Jennifer Musisi to parade the suspects. There is a serious lapse in force orientation at KCCA.
It seems these torturers, having confiscated this poor woman's sidewalk trade wares, used steaming hot water she had boiled, to scald her! If the IGP expects us to take him as a serious, unbiased law enforcement officer, let him to bring this woman's tormentors before the cameras too.

A new shocking report indicates that Kampala Capital City Authority officials poured hot water on a city dweller one, Rose Namazzi.
According to a video uploaded by a NTV Uganda, Namazzi, a city vendor, accuses the authority's enforcement officers of highhanded treatment that left her scalded by hot water.
According to the report, KCCA enforcement officers carried out this attack on Namazzi sometime back in the process of confiscating her wares.
The video shows Namazzi's skin scarred from the burns she sustained.
The KCCA Executive Director, Jennifer Musisi, is aware of this report and has promised to look into the matter and take appropriate action.
This comes just days after a KCCA official vehicle crashed a baby, Ryan Semaganda, to death after its mother, Madinah Namutebi, was arrested and her property confiscated.
The enforcement officers are further accused of terrorising street kids, driving them to the point of drowning in city sewers.
