{UAH} Moshi model should be dropped

Should a post-NRM transitional government be formed don't make the Moshi conference mistake of shutting Ugandans out unless they have a criminal record or picking candidates out of the blue. Should that happen you can be sure the transitional government won't be different from Lule and Binaisa governments. Obote and Binaisa were locked out of Moshi. What did you expect? Any visionary person would have expected a fight and that is what Uganda got. Let us not repeat the same mistake. please.
