{UAH} Mrs. Jenifer Musisi; pay attention to transformation in Kibera slum, Nairobi

Please pay attention to changes being implemented to transform Kibera as a livable slum.  Please use KCC funds to go and see for yourself or even better use your official connections to go and see how NYS are transforming Kibera. After Kibera, NYS is on to Mathare.
 
In a nutshell, NYS is building modern toilets that will be used  by neighbourhoods, safe drinking joints, showers etc.. This is what I have been urging you to do in urban markets.  So instead of spending money on well you know it-okay you can do both- transform neighbourhoods for the better.
 
The cost of cholera is multiple times  higher than the cost of building modern washrooms in city slums such as Kifumbira, Kivvulu and others. BTW, Kisenyi is not a slum but rather a low income neighbourhood since it has modern water infrastructure. As they say prevention is better than cure so act now.
