What the government of Uganda in its corrupt ways, says it decided on with a Chinese company to build the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) line is as follows:

  a. Construction SGR line to Parkwach and through Gulu to
       Nimule where it joins one in South Sudan may be to the Suez    Channel

  b. Building Train Stations along the line i.e. Malaba, Tororo, Soroti, Gulu , Parkwach, Kampala etc.

  c. Construct a Railway Engineering Training School for the Military. ( Is it railway construction or Train engine engineering or both)
 

What I want to understand from Ugandan Engineers in the diasporas how much can a modern railway station cost with all modern train movement monitoring technology as it is in developed countries - I mean just one railway station besides the entire line digitised system

A school might be cheaper even when equipped with simulators
