{UAH} 10% tax on every person with a bank account

This year, the government of Uganda imposed a 10% tax on every person with a bank account and no one raised a finger. This is in addition to a heavy burden that is already beyond acceptable margins. Either Ugandans are too rich and do not care about tax or having a bank account is so important that we do not mind losing money for this cause.
