{UAH} accidental or deliberate?

I have watched ntv-uganda ntv at one news(9/12/2014) and something about it left me wondering whether this is deliberate or accidental, from the news anchor, reporters, news sources,'leader' of striking nurses,the state minister who talked to them,the studio visitor, and the last item, all are from the same region of the country.

Is this really accidental?
