{UAH} Am the law, the state, the boss - I am Rich - Behavioral Propagation

To such an extent that The British employs Indians all the way from Asian sub- continent to build Uganda Railway - Africans stole poles, copper wire even then. African opposing everything done by their fellow Africans.

Is this different from todays government officials stealing government property for their lavish life styles?

Africans propensity to  protest against or oppose everything is amazing and I can't see an English urban or medical official being too kind to an Africa in the so called colonial Africa.

If you brought Ugandans from Buziga, Muyenga, Bugolobi, and Ntinda

and respectively informed them that - communally they cleanup their environment, or a small fee will be instituted to clean up their environment - they will protest in unison.

So is the culture that has (developed) in Uganda- richness carefree - is the boss , the leader the untouchable, the law the society everything
