It's not M7's , or , even the UPDF's fault.
It's CHINA vs USA .
Fighting over natural resources in the region, from , EASTERN DRC ( minerals including diamonds, gold and coltan ) , Oil in Uganda and S.Sudan , Minerals in CAR.
M7 is just a tool.
Let's not lose focus.
When M7 is removed , which , seems to be around the corner , his replacement will do exactly what M7 is doing, as far as geopolitiking in the region, mark my words.
This is not about human rights, it about NATURAL RESOURCES. PERIOD.
