{UAH} Death Announcement & Appeal for Help

Dear Community,

Please read this appeal for help from Mr. Timothy Semakula.

Mrs. Sarah Kuwedde-Semakula (Born Nov. 22, 1974), passed away at 12.17pm on Saturday, November 22, 2014, in the Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, Michigan after a short
battle with LUPUS Syndrome. She was born in Bubeke - Ssese Island, Uganda, to Mr. John Nswemu (deceased) and Ms. Martha Nakisitu of Kireka - Kamuli. She is survived by her husband, Timothy Semakula;
(children: Kelvin Mukuuma Katende (16) and Shifrah Meeme Nankinga (died. 2005)

The family has been very involved in several of the Ugandan community
activities here in the US in the short two years they've been here, and we would all like to support Mr. Semakula and family during this very trying time.

Currently, the body is still at the hospital, as repatriation arrangements are being finalized. If you wish to write a cheque (check) or any cash

Tentatively, the body is planned to be leave for Uganda on Dec 14th to their
home Muzei Semakula Road Lweza – Kajjansi (Entebbe Road) where final burial arrangements will be finalized.
