{UAH} Fear, anger as another Muslim cleric is killed//IGP drop photo-ops

Folks;

The killings of Muslim leaders in Uganda is alarming. 

It should not matter who the killers are, or their motives, these killers must be flushed out and served justice. I was momentarily pleased yesterday when the IGP, Kale Kayihura vowed to stay put in Mayuge until the killers of the local Muslim shiekh there was brought to justice.

Less than 24 hours later, without anyone being arrested, the IGP has left Mayuge and is here in Kibuli!

Mr. IGP, on grave matters such as these sectarian killings, you better keep your word. When the source of public assurance starts to sound hollow, and makes statements that he thinks the audience wants to hear, you quickly lose confidence among the people who need you the most.

You are not a one-man police force, so there is no need to appear at every crime scene. You are obsessed with publicity, which robs you of much needed time to plan and execute on strategies to curb crimes in the country.

It's time you dropped these compulsive photo-ops, and delegated some responsibilities to your deputies.
