Hon. Amama Mbabazi denies walking out of yesterday's Nakasero meeting via Twitter:
"It is not true that I walked out. I, like the rest, received the proposed amendment at the time we were required to discuss it."
"I asked the Chairman for permission to go and study the amendment and I was granted permission. I certainly did not 'storm' out."
