{UAH} Hon. JC Muyingo is the best MP in this parliament!

I wish all Ugandan politicians behave like Hon. JC Muyingo. Katikamu south is represented by Kiddu Makubuya in parliament,his only visible achievement is the seasonal "Kiddu Makubuya football tournament",nothing else other than that ! . Where Hon. JC Muyingo represents,(neighbouring constituency ) ,Education to school going children was his first major priority,boreholes constructed and existing ones maintained,elderly people get free kerosene,sugar and salt ! That explains the reason as to why Hon. Ndawula Rogers voluntarily chose not to contest against him in the NRM primaries !
