{UAH} If every Village and and sijui district had standards Govt techno's would go to Jail

If we had a book on say standards in a health Clinic. i.e. minimum standards

Govt Technos would do their work properly or go to jail after they are prosecuted

Hows that Guys Mps? etc

We should have minimum standards for every thing. Roads, Bridges, clinics, , Army family quarters ,maternity, schools, police housing quarters, teachers quarters  etc

This includes cleaniless

If standards are not met. The  govt technocrats responsible go to jail and and are fired.
