{UAH} Implement USMID program to the fullest in all 14 Municipalities

Uganda government and stake holders MUST recommit themselves to make far reaching development changes based on Municipal Infrastructure Development (USMID) Program in all the 14 municipalities of Uganda. There is urgency to have these towns as; communication, transport hubs and entrepreneurship nodes.

Schools, regions medicare centres, markets etc all should be upgraded to international standards. How is it that Uganda has 14 world class stadia?  

 

There are town clerks, Chief Executive Officers, District Administrators, physical planners and economists, engineers, public health workers, architects and not least the ministry of Lands Housing and Urban Planning.

Every single shilling invested here should bring 5 more shillings and work should be labour intensive. This is a running program therefore no quorums about its implementation to the fullest and best world standards paged on ISO certification.

The year 2015 should see increased activities in physical, spatial nd urban planning of these towns and making them function in the most appropriate way possible for economic growth and upgrading African lifestyles

 

I am ready to offer free services to see this work at all levels.
