We are just learning that the ICC has just made a ruling that the prosecutors in the case of a one Uhuru Kenyatta, the president of Kenya has a one week deadline to bring evidence to the case against him. The  court has ruled that any further delays in this important case will be contrary to the interest of justice. The court has as well added that after that one week, if the prosecution does not have the required evidence for trial, it would be fair to withdraw the charges.
