There is nothing like institutional failure!

Justice Gidudu told participants of how the lawyer, whose name he did not mention, recently presented to him a death certificate of a suspect.
He said the certificate showed that the cause of the suspect's death was due to multiple organ failure.

Justice Gidudu said the cause of the suspects' death opened his eyes on grounds that in most cases, people who die of multiple organ failure, die after a long illness and yet the 'dead' suspect had been in his court a few days ago
