Man found dead in 200 Wellesley St. Toronto apartment

A man in his late 40s was found dead on Thursday in an apartment at Wellesley Street and Sherbourne Street.
Homicide and forensics officers are investigating.
Residents say the man's friends were worried about him and went to check on him, finding his door open.
"A tenant had noticed that the door was ajar, then the police started to come and it appeared it was more serious than that," said Cliff Martin, Tenant Association.
The man lived alone on the second floor. His identity has not been released, but residents say he kept to himself.
