TCHC stands for Toronto Community Housing Corporation, a community housing for disability and receipient communities such as Mulindwa. Apparently, he also owns one on 200 Wellesley Steet Eat, Toronto where the bourgeois also owns his one bedbug-ridden crib with his tenants.

Ugandans are NOT fools. The one who thinks we is in fact more than the fool himself.

Police have identified the victim in a homicide at a public housing building in the city's east end.

Officers responding to an unknown trouble call found Wasfi Ghalban, 47, suffering from "significant signs of trauma" inside his apartment at 200 Wellesley Street East at around 11:45 p.m. on Wednesday.

He was then pronounced dead on scene a short time later.

A cause of death has not been released.

Anyone who may have seen or spoken to Ghalban between Monday and Wednesday is asked to contact Det. Sgt. Mike Carbone at (416) 808-7400.
