{UAH} My Great Teacher Ram Roy Bhaskar Changes Geography

My failure was not being able to bring him to meet Ugandan intellectual and political class - however and I hope more Ugandans will discover this amazing teacher  and will ask the same question as he so ably did in a Kantian spirit;

"what would have to be the case in order for what we know to be true?" 

or " what would the world  be like for science to be possible"

You remember at my University in Sweden, we did not know each other. How then you knew, at the far back I was seated, I was deeply reading your works and argued me on to comment on your lecture, was overwhelming!

Great Teacher you refined my thoughts and thinking about the world.
