{UAH} Black Rain falling on us

In the past two weeks Kampala or the central region has had a high
humidity level. The implication have been dire – and for that period
Kampala has been receiving dark rain that is rain water filled with
fuel fumes.
I last saw this in Europe with acid rain from Poland crossing the
Baltic Sea into Sweden. Unfortunately this is no concern of anybody.
So let it be as it is.
