{UAH} Physical/Spatial Planning is Development

Are you working with Urban Authorities, simply interested in organised neighborhoods  - Development is Planning. American and Europeans cities were first build by individuals - let us start from there but with very good physical and spatial planing sensibilities.

Can we work together to start designing well placed neighborhoods which can accommodate teachers civil servant workers, and the well to do akin Muuyenga , Ntinda ministers village.
