As I Mentioned Earlier, No Phenomen, Idea Or Theory Or Concept Outrightly Emerge In Its Maturity Stage. So Is Democracy In Uganda. Even The American Democracy Cldnt Recognize Women Until After 100yrs, Am I Right? I Thnk The Inclusion Of Women In The U S A Constitution Came Much Later And The War Against Racial Segregation Was Also Put To Rest Only Whn President Obama Was Elected As Recently as 2008. So, Wgletwe Shld Take Notes Frm Critics And Endeavor To Make The Necerary Adjustments, Trvh Shld Be Kmwn And Told Tht Uganda As A Young And Growing Democracy Must Be Nartured. And Members Shld Also Take Note Tht Ths Form Of Western Democracy Also Has Its Foundation, Shortcomings And Misgivings As Other Forms Of Democracy Are Prefered. Why Shldnt Ugandans Exercise The Form Of Democracy Tht Thy Chdrish And Use It To Determine
