{UAH} Suing just clarifies the process

In a democracy that is growing, vibrancy of media, courts of law, elections and by elections among other processes reveal to what extent a country's civil society is competent i.e how active, organized, conscious and prepared to deal with its own internal and external challenges. A robust and mass political organization of NRM stature with a pool of political activists and lawyers will directly and indirectly defeat such moves and even when challenged have capacity to invoke plans B and C. If this is representative justice and okayed by the affected party, the big question is whether legally working backwards would find the plaintiffs justified to take such a move or found to be opportunistic trying to frustrate, embarass and financially gain from the situation.
