{UAH} TEBIKOLA
Dear all @UCC,
I have read your public notice published in the new vision newspaper dated Wednesday December 24th 2014 on page35.
I have followed the steps you said we have to follow when buying a phone and I sent the IMEI number 353879065545501 to 8883 but didn't get any response yet I was charged Ug Sh 100/=. I didn't get any immediate feedback/sms. I set the IMEI number at 0813 its now 0853 no response!.
Now imagine am at the shop purchasing the phone, how long will the transaction take? Furthermore suppose I do not have a phone nga what I am buying is my first phone, how then can I send this IMEI number. I am sure the seller will not be in position to incur the sms cost for a feedback that is not even immediate.
Its things like this that make me hate the way we Ugandans do things. We just talk and talk and then……..talk.
I therefore ask you to clarify on this
Regards
