{UAH} TRANSITIONAL ISSUES IN ELECTORAL REFORM PROPOSAL
I once suggested that ppl out there not in touch wth progress bk home shld care to visit uganda either physically or by ugandan websites talking volumes. uganda, known and described the island of peace in the great lakes region therefore enjoys stability and development tht is well documented and witnessed. i wld term ths as grandiose success story in uganda is also enjoying reasonable free conscience, speech, association and assembly realy to a great extent relative to previous regimes. it shld be noted tht to have a representation of all party leadership in the country freely discussing electoral reforms is a credit to be extended to NRM government.Iam privy to info tht parliament of uganda has already lined up bills related to electoral reforms and opinions of members m ths forum shld be focusing on what informal and formal mechanisms cld be recomended so tht the transitional arrangments if acceptable are smoothly implemented.i thnk a bill to
establish ths mechanism is hopefully in the making.
