1980's Campaigns: The man seems to be spewing in a language that
sounds like english.
But can someone translate again back to normal english?
Does anyone get what Obote says or is trying to communicate?
As if he is forcing excitement on the population. And they are
clapping mechanically to make him happy.
I suspect alcohol to be the culprit in his unclear speech.
