The procedure in Uganda to reach those in doubt of Ugandas significant shift and progress is to enable such people meet the the relevant ministers and the President in person and share views about Ugandas Political, Economic. Social and Cultural challenges,problems and opportunities in Uganda withn the East African region and Africas context. Ministers On this forum if requested, iam sure such an arrangment can be done. Democracy isnt cheap and getting UAH representatives here for a seven day on spot visit and proper explanation may change that hostility and build hope, trust and confidence tht uganda can be a better place when even those not ideologically in agreement like the opposition in parliament stl work wthn the bounderies and outside bounderies of uganda in the interest of unity, peace, development.
