I have mentioned scattered societies and need to reorganise our societies. With oil I see more fragmentation of families and the society itself- this spells trouble for Bunyoro -Kitala.
I have mentioned scattered societies and need to reorganise our societies. With oil I see more fragmentation of families and the society itself- this spells trouble for Bunyoro -Kitala.
Why is Bunyoro -Kitala not as ambitious to remedy this problem sooner than later. Total, Tullow etc., parliament and with all the brains around certainly there must be a greater effort for a comprehensive program in all municipalities and relatively sizable towns - to start with.
