This is the one area I must confess shortage of knowledge in.

I dare not express opinion for GOOK might checkmate me with " racist"!!!

Spontaneously, I believe in freedom and liberty AND, SOLIDARITY.

However,my consideration is that the United Nations need to come up

with a new set of definitions of the various categories of REFUGEES that

are currently bundled together.

I do not see why a damn mother f...who is not even known in his / her village, who is not threatened at all is placed under the same definition as

a known leader or activist whose life is genuinely in danger.

Majority of subsequent influx would not fit my own definition of political refugees.

But, as said,my knowledge in this area is too short.

That is a very sad cheap attack on immigration and immigrants. Among the people that terrorize us sir most are born in these countries. You are refusing to address the real issues and going after cheap attacks. The people as an example arrested in this country are born here, what are you going to do now, deport Canadian born kids? How much longer can the EU's open border policy hold in light of current terrorist challenges (not war) in Europe? How much longer can the noble ideas to promote free movement -read cheap labour-and trade last under the escalating rise of the extreme right wing and its anti-immigrant  agenda in the EU? 
 
Furthermore and this applies to EAC as well -hello IGP Kayihura- what are the challenges posed by open borders to the lofty ideals of liberty, rights and equality?
 
Put differently do open borders promote or hinder these ideals? What are your worries and concerns about fights over open borders and immigration in the EU?
