Instead Many Citizens Are Prefering Continuity Wthout Destruction But Protecting AndConsolidating Wht Has Been Achieved Last 28 Years.Diaspora Members May Acquire Dual Citizenshp And Also Actively Participate In Building Gnd Governance Parameters In Uganda And Cove Ak Present Themselves In The Elections And Ugandans Are Convinced Ct Their Logic Thy Wl Vote Them. But The Tendency To Write, Argue, Criticize Or Even Abuse The Regime Shld Stop And Become Nationalist, Patriotic,democratic, Tolerant And Hopeful.
