Indeed Statics Show In some few Districts, Constituences And Subcounties That Although They Elected Opposition MPs Frm FDC, UPC, Jeema, Conservative And Independents voters have for last 28 years Prefered To Elect President YK Museveni and follow the NRM principles and practices. That aside organs of NRM start operating more effectively wth the recent appointment of secretariat staff and subsequent grassroot elections expected and appointment of administrative officers who wl support the administration of the NRM secretariat.so frank pray and support a gradual but sure path to democratic governance in uganda and change comes constitutionally.
