{UAH} Foot Paths become major Roads & English Road Act.

As one travels around Uganda there is one noticeable thing - the sate of roads in towns and villages are pathetic.Don't mind that district graders can all of the sudden appear to be busy doing some work.

Go ask who designed and planned that road - the answer might be the grader.

As matter of fact, the way to gauge the death of nation and its consciousness  - is when one finds NO SINGLE PLANNED and DESIGNED ROAD  but rather foot paths which become major roads out convenience.

That road to Entebbe, Jinja road, Mityana were planned by kings of Buganda. Now imagine the had the white man not appeared on the scene?!

Stop the recklessness plan and design district roads as per the National Road act.

African is not in hurry and funny indeed!
